When exchanging a product for another product in the Woolwarmers range (e.g. a different colour or size), we will send the new product to you free of charge.

In both cases, you are responsible for the shipping costs from your address to Woolwarmers. To avoid miscommunication, we kindly ask you to also contact us before returning any item.
